Customer Service Representative - $12.73 to $13.95/Hr

Job Scope:

The role of Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers. Our representatives learn all aspects of our business and use that knowledge to offer the best financial products and services tailored to our customers' needs. We seek driven individuals capable of managing multiple tasks while engaging with customers in person and over the phone.

Preferred Qualities and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of phone sales or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, lending, or collections experience
  • Teamwork mentality developed through prior experience
  • Some college education or military background

  • Basic math skills and capability to perform simple calculations
  • Pleasant and inviting phone demeanor
Minimum Required Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
