Job Scope:

The role of Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers. Our representatives learn all aspects of our business and use that knowledge to provide the best financial products and services to meet individual financial needs. We are seeking driven individuals capable of handling multiple tasks while engaging with customers in person and over the phone.

Minimum Required Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
