The role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers. Our representatives learn all aspects of our business to provide the best financial products and services tailored to individual needs. We seek driven individuals capable of handling multiple tasks while engaging with customers both in person and over the phone.

Preferred Qualities and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of Phone Sales or Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service, Sales, Lending, or Collections experience
  • Strong teamwork mentality
  • Some college or military experience
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Basic math skills and capability to perform calculations
  • Pleasant and inviting phone demeanor
Minimum Required Education and Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
