Handyman Connection of Winter Park is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to keep craftsmen and customers on track. You will provide excellent service, manage scheduling and billing, and support team communications.

Qualifications

• Strong telephone and written communication skills.

• Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills—Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM.
• 1+ years experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role preferred.
• Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus.
