Rooted Talent Solutions is hiring remote, independent Customer Service Representatives to support clients across industries. You will assist customers by phone, chat, or email, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent service while choosing your schedule and workload from available projects.

You will complete required trainings for selected projects, maintain a quiet home workspace, and meet client performance standards. This is a flexible, remote contractor role designed for self-starters.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work.
• Computer with Windows 10 or 11, reliable internet, USB headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks).
