As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional customer service - you will also play a key part in engaging with customers online and supporting our marketing efforts, including social media interaction and brand presence.

Position Summary

This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction. In addition to handling inbound and outbound communication, you will assist with social media engagement, online inquiries, and light marketing initiatives to support the company's growth and visibility.

Required Qualifications
