In this full-time position, you will manage incoming calls and customer inquiries, maintain a sales lead database, and respond promptly to customer questions. Qualifications

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Manage andmaintaina customer “Sales lead” database.
• Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
• Identifyand assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Education and Training provided on-the-job.
• Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
