Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC in Houston, TX is hiring a Pest Control Service Technician to provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential and commercial properties. You will estimate treatments, keep appointments, and act as the subject matter expert for customized pest solutions while adhering to safety standards.

The role offers on-site work with full-time hours, opportunities for overtime and commissions, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401K

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary for a job.
• Pest control experience or license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
