About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers
- Perform thorough inspections to identify issues and ensure safe, high-quality work
- Explain findings and solution options to customers in a clear, respectful way
- Recommend repairs or upgrades when they truly make sense for the customer
- Document work with notes and photos for efficiency and follow-up
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
- Always put safety first—yours, your team’s, and your customers’
- Deliver excellent service that builds trust, referrals, and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining solutions (sales experience not required)
- Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards is a plus
- Experience with garage doors or ServiceTitan is helpful but not required
