Job summary

Beyer Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented customer service scheduler to act in the best interest of the company and customers. You will answer calls, set up service appointments in Service Titan, and support the service department with day-to-day tasks.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to promote service opportunities. Training in dispatching, data entry, and Windows is preferred, with a focus on accurate records

Qualifications

• High school diploma; customer relations and telephone training desirable.
• Computer literate; knowledge of Windows; able to work with dispatching, spreadsheets and databases; data entry skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to attract, keep, and motivate employees.
• Salesmanship and promotion skills to bring in additional service business.

• Assist in any other tasks that are requested by supervisor based on business needs.

3. Make outbound phone calls to perspective Membership customers.
4. Assist service department with day-to-day responsibilities.
5. Process credit card payments as needed.
6. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
7. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
8. Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the customer service function.
9. Follow up with owners and service managers for progressively updating the position to better fit the company needs.
10. Assist in any other tasks that are requested by supervisor based on business needs.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED OR DESIRABLE

1. High school diploma. Formal customer relations and telephone training desirable.
2. Computer Literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows desirable. Ability to work with computerized dispatching, spreadsheets and databases as well as good data entry skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to attract, keep, and motivate skilled and valued employees.
4. Salesmanship and promotion skills, the ability to seek and bring in additional service business.
