Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage customer relations and ensure satisfaction. You will help customers through quality checks and scheduling visits, alongside promoting services and handling inbound inquiries.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with additional benefits including insurance and a matching 401(k).

Essential Job Functions

• Call customers from prior day for quality check
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews positive and negative
• General inbound customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of proven success in a customer service role
• Inbound and outbound call volume experience
• Comfortable with selling our services over the phone
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Service Titan experience
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience
• Sales experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:0pm
• Location: In-office
