Job summary

Element Heating & Cooling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Twin Falls team. The CSR will handle scheduling for technicians and estimators, answer and direct calls, and perform outbound calls to fill the schedule while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities, and reliability. Local knowledge of the Magic Valley area is a plus; the position is on-site in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Qualifications

• 2 years of office/customer service experience
• Knowledge of the Magic Valley and Mini Cassia areas a plus
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Punctual, reliable and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Monitor GPS tracking and technician workload
• Qualify and schedule sales leads for technicians
• Enter customer information into scheduling system and coordinate with dispatcher
• Answer phones and be the primary customer contact
• Prioritize service calls for current and next day schedules
• Perform general office duties: filing, data entry, scanning, payments
• Make outbound calls to existing customers and follow up on leads
• Greet and direct customers and vendors

This role will be responsible for scheduling technicians and estimators, answering and directing phone calls, and outbound calling to fill the schedule. You will handle customer inquiries and provide updates to both the technicians and customers. The CSR role requires a candidate with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of general office operations. You will work closely with the team to make sure everyone is on the same page and up to speed.
