Element Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC General Installer in Twin Falls, ID. The role supports installation of furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductwork, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance within the company. No prior experience is required, and candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to lift 100 lbs, and proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductwork, mini splits, gas lines, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
