Element Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Commercial Installer in Twin Falls, ID. The role involves installing rooftop units, split systems, and related equipment, with sheet metal work and wiring responsibilities on commercial projects.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 100 lbs and climb ladders. Excellent customer service and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years HVAC experience required.
• Valid EPA certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints and install equipment from schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, water heaters, and ductless components.
• Install associated sheet metal, curbs, plenums, ducts, and venting as required.
• Verify electrical needs and sizing; run thermostat and wiring where needed.
• Read and follow blueprints; troubleshoot and commission systems up to 20 tons.
• Provide excellent customer service and support on job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
