Job summary

Hendrick Heat, Air & Plumbing in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, schedule service appointments, and provide accurate information about services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service or call center experience, HVAC/plumbing experience preferred, and familiarity with ServiceTitan. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits, plus opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Two (2)+ years of customer service or call center experience required.
• HVAC and plumbing industry experience is highly preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Appointment-setting or light sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.
• Strong computer skills and accurate data entry.
• Proven ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Convert inbound calls into booked appointments by understanding customer needs and gathering key qualifying information.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding services and appointment availability.
• Accurately enter and update customer information, call notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
• Meet individual and team performance goals, including call booking targets, while maintaining quality standards.

• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling customer concerns.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor, even with frustrated or upset callers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
