Job summary

Culligan in Traverse City, MI is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our trusted brand. You’ll discuss orders, resolve issues, and support customers with care and accuracy, strengthening relationships in the communities we serve.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience. Strong time and project management, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Position Overview

As a member of our dynamic customer care team, you’ll be a solution finder, relationship builder, and ambassador of clean, safe water in the communities we serve.

The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
