Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support a healthcare team. You will assist customers, schedule health screenings, answer questions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes outbound scheduling calls, multi-channel inquiries, and maintaining accurate records, with a Monday–Friday 8 AM–4:30 PM schedule and consistent hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone all day.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
