Your Mission

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the command center for our Home Service Heroes, helping customers get the fast, reliable help they need.

Your superpowers will include:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with scheduling and service needs
• Listening carefully and responding with empathy and solutions
• Dispatching our technicians to save the day
• Keeping detailed notes and accurate customer records
• Communicating with team members to ensure every job runs smoothly
• Creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer
