We are seeking a Customer Service Representative located at our Watertown, CT headquarters (remote) to join the Call Center. This individual will provide added value to our day-to-day sales support/customer service team within the Customer Service Department dedicated to our consumer product line.

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The schedule is 10:00am-6:30pm. However, schedule will be 8:30am-5pm during training period (about 1 month).
  • This position is fully remote, but must be commutable to Watertown, CT for meetings and Factory Sales.
  • Weekend shifts are required. 1-2 weekends per month once fully trained. When scheduled for a weekend day, will get a day off during the week.
  • Must possess strong customer focus and pay great attention to detail with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Flexible and versatile team player who is able to handle a heavy volume of inbound customer service related work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have a strong service orientation and be goal-oriented to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Position Responsibilities
  • Representing the company in its relationships with customers by assisting with service/sales.
  • Entering customer orders into database system.
  • Customer follow-up to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction with product.
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Position Requirements - Education, Skills, Background, & Experience
  • Minimum of three years of demonstrated success in a customer service/sales environment.
  • Strong preference for previous call center/telephone sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time and desk management skills are a must.
  • Intermediate level MS Office skills.
