Ideal candidates have 1+ years of healthcare customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical, healthcare, or specialty products environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor when working with diverse customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
