Home Fire Stove & Grill City is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused - part time Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are a growing company specializing in fireplaces, wood stoves, outdoor living products, grills, hot tubs, saunas, and more.

Our success is built on providing exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and making sure every customer feels valued and taken care of throughout their experience with us.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, is an excellent communicator, stays organized, and takes pride in following through. This position will work closely with customers and our sales and service teams to answer questions, coordinate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from the first interaction through project completion.
