This position provides solutions to customer service needs through a positive dialogue. Shifts vary by department and include discounts on products and services. You’ll work to resolve inquiries and dispatch calls efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Telephone Call Center Environment Experience.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential.
• Reliable with a focus on customer satisfaction and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and appropriately manage, respond to, and resolve customer questions, concerns and inquiries
• Provide customer with information using application software or other tools
• Assist customers to achieve total satisfaction through courteous service
• Interact with customers and co-workers respectfully and maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Demonstrate ability to use Eastern’s application software system
• Adhere to schedule and maintain attendance and punctuality, seasonal variations expected
• Be receptive to and use new technologies
• Other duties as assigned

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential. Shifts vary depending on department needs. Position includes discounts on all products and services we provide.

• Experience: 2-3 years of Telephone Call Center Environment Experience
• Education: High school graduate minimum
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to read and write English and perform basic math skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Reliability and exceptional customer service skills
