Swatek Packaging in Ridgefield, NJ, is seeking a detail‑oriented Business‑to‑Business Customer Service Representative. You will coordinate with sales, production and accounting to draft quotes, process orders and maintain customer accounts. Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B CS, strong math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems. A high school diploma is required; some college is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business-to-business customer service, supporting sales teams, building Quotes and placing orders.
• Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent mathematical abilities, including working with fractions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, production, accounting and external suppliers to address packaging needs, quotes, and orders.
• Craft detailed Quotes and Specs based on feedback from the sales and the customer.
• Generate accurate quotes for customers, considering package usage, dimensions, production method and time to produce.
• Deliver formal quotes to customers and sales reps via email.
• Process customer purchase orders with precision.
• Maintain customer accounts, including shipping locations and special requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of your work and that of your peers to ensure accuracy.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ridgefield, NJ

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
