Swatek Packaging in Ridgefield, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Business to Business Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll coordinate with sales, production, and suppliers to prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B customer service, strong organization, excellent math skills, and proficient in MS Office. Experience with ERP/CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years B2B customer service experience supporting sales and quotes.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Excellent math skills including fractions and measurements.
• Attention to detail with drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, integrity and accountability.
• Familiarity with resource planning software is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Comfortable with paper filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, production, accounting and external suppliers to address packaging needs, quotes, and orders.
• Craft detailed Quotes and Specs based on feedback from the sales and the customer.
• Generate accurate quotes for customers, considering package usage & type, dimensions, production method, and time to produce.
• Deliver formal quotes to customers and sales reps via email.
• Process customer purchase orders with precision.
• Maintain customer accounts, including shipping locations and special requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews of your work and that of your peers to ensure accuracy.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ridgefield, NJ

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
