ABC Home & Commercial Services of DFW is hiring a Residential Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments. You will communicate with customers, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficiency in basic billing concepts.
• Strong computer skills including email, instant messaging, and various software applications.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and a strong team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and service managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage customer calendars.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, providing timely feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate customer records and promptly update account information.
• Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to exceed customer expectations.
• Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and call monitoring sessions.
• Participate in assigned tasks such as month-end procedures and call reports.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with all customers, colleagues, and supervisors.

As a Residential CSR, you will ensure our customers receive the best possible service in this crucial role. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving any concerns they may have. Physical Demands:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a standard office environment (indoors, cubicle or open office).
• Ability to concentrate on tasks with occasional interruptions.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment (phone and computer).

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour
