Responsibilities

• Handle queue calls, Tessco.com live chats, and emails promptly and professionally.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
• Process NetSuite pre- and post-sale cases after training.
• Support Tessco.com customers and convert inquiries into orders.
• Accurately quote and process orders using established processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide solutions.
• Mentor new team members for smooth onboarding.
• Travel for trainings as needed.

We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about helping others. Our Call Center Agents provide support for our customers. This position is part of a support team who are in constant contact with customers responding to inquiries, converting inquiries into orders and collaborating across organizational teams to resolve challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Answer queue customer calls and Tessco.com Live Chats, and email inquiries quickly and professionally while building rapport with customers
• Provide an exceptional customer experience on each call or interaction
• Process NetSuite pre- and post-sale cases (we will train you)
• Provide Tessco.com support to customers
• Convert inquiries into orders while promoting Tessco’s value proposition in all customer correspondence
• Process quotes and orders accurately and timely using our solid processes
• Collaborate with team members to get customers the solution they need
• Mentor new team members for smooth and efficient onboarding
• Possible travel for trainings as needed

Pay Range: $20.00/hour - $23.00/hour
