Essig’s Automotive LLC in Reading, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of the shop, greeting customers, answering questions, and coordinating vehicle drop-offs.

You will communicate with technicians, explain services, schedule appointments, and handle invoices while keeping front office organized. Automotive experience helps, but personality and reliability matter most.
