The role emphasizes coordinating with builders, managing schedules, and delivering excellent customer service. Fluency in English is required with Spanish a plus; proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.

• Receive calls for warranty and service requests and document inquiries.
