• Process and review service paperwork to support field teams.
• Prepare service agreements and maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, and updating accounts.
• Serve as a link between customers, service teams, and management to ensure clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the welcoming face and friendly voice of Blumont Energy, providing support and solutions to customers while keeping our office operations running smoothly.
• You will greet and assist customers in person and by phone, handling inquiries, payments, and service requests with professionalism and care.
• You will support our accounting processes by posting payments, reviewing accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies, and helping minimize losses on accounts.
• You will process and review service paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness so field teams can deliver seamless service.
• You will prepare service agreements, maintain customer records, and handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, mailing, and updating account information.
• You will serve as a vital link between our customers, service teams, and management, ensuring communication flows clearly and issues are addressed promptly.
• You will promote our services and products, projecting a positive attitude that builds trust and long-term relationships with our customers.
