• Handle inquiries, payments, and service requests professionally and timely.
• Post payments, review accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies, and help minimize losses.
• Process and review service paperwork to support field teams.
• Prepare service agreements and maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, and updating accounts.
• Serve as a link between customers, service teams, and management to ensure clear communication.
