What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product inquiries
- Process customer returns in accordance with established department policies
- Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges
- Offer timely feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
