Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls, collect customer information, schedule appointments.
• Make outgoing calls to schedule and confirm maintenance appointments and follow up on opportunities.
• Process customer payments.
• Gather customer reviews and share feedback with the team.
• Advise customers of benefits of becoming a service partner and introduce promotions.
• Coordinate with technicians and sales reps to ensure accurate reporting.
• Attend daily operations meetings to plan and review work pipelines.

The Role
