Mercedes-Benz of Paramus is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Lithia & Driveway dealership. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth.

In this fast-paced role you will handle customer follow-up, prepare reports, and assist in training new team members while upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing role.
• Dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress in Daily Contact Tracker.
• Prepare monthly Comparative Analysis Reports and Impact Reports, understand manufacturer data, including Manufacturer Certification Programs and Survey Data and Applications.
• Conduct introductory training of new Customer Contact Center agents and proactively support team.
