Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and provide outstanding support to ensure the exceptional Peaden experience.

In this role, you will communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships as part of a fast-paced, service-focused team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus.
