Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Service Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and match the right technician to the right job at the right time. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential to balance changing priorities and deliver an outstanding customer and technician experience.

The role focuses on prioritizing calls, dispatching technicians, and maintaining clear, timely updates.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience in HVAC/home services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize work based on urgency.
• Dispatch the appropriate technician for each service call.
• Communicate accurate job information to field technicians.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding technician arrival and job status.
• Record, document, and manage service calls accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring new dispatch team members.
• Work closely with Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and leadership to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Support continuous improvement of dispatch operations and customer experience.

The Opportunity
