As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service residential heating and cooling systems while helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
This position is ideal for an experienced technician who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges, and building lasting customer relationships.
You'll have the support of an experienced team, ongoing technical training, and opportunities to increase your earnings through performance-based bonuses and commissions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Service high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment.
Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
Perform system inspections, testing, and performance evaluations.
Explain findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
Deliver professional, respectful, 5-star customer service.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Keep your company vehicle clean, stocked, and organized.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians.
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond professionally to emergency service needs.
Follow company safety standards and industry best practices.
Participate in ongoing technical training and maintain required certifications.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience, preferably in residential service and repair.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with residential heating and cooling systems.
Experience servicing high-efficiency HVAC equipment.
Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.
Knowledge of HVAC electrical components, refrigerant systems, and mechanical operations.
EPA certification preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to explain technical findings and repair recommendations to homeowners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Commitment to safety, continued learning, and professional development.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Ability to reliably report to our Panama City, FL location.
Because this position involves operating a company vehicle, applicants must possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

At least three years of U.S. driving experience.
No major violations within the past three years, including DUIs, reckless driving, and license suspensions.
No pattern of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents.
