Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers in Florida. You’ll answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and provide outstanding support to ensure the exceptional Peaden experience.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and data entry skills, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus.
