Job summary

Kane's Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Orlando stores. You will greet customers, assist with inquiries, process payments, and support showroom operations with a professional, friendly demeanor.

Qualified candidates typically have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with strong communication and cash handling abilities. The position may require some weekend hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition of customers in person or by phone.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Handle payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records using available technology.
• Update and maintain customer service reports and records.
• Assist with clerical tasks including scheduling, routing, and parts ordering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Follows up with customers in a timely fashion.
• Handles payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
• Executing the clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will have a steady job history and 1+ year experience in a similar role.
