Kane's Furniture in Florida is hiring Customer Service Representatives to be the heart of our stores, handling inquiries and payments with professionalism. You will recognize customers, resolve issues, process transactions, and keep accurate records using our showroom technology.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar customer service role.
• Strong customer service acumen with a confident, professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle payments, refunds and basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Be friendly and courteous in person or on the telephone.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Follow up with customers in a timely fashion.
• Handle payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records using showroom technology.
• Execute clerical service functions: scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Customer Service Representatives are professionals who possesses a demonstrable track record of strong customer service acumen and present a confident, positive, and professional demeanor while handling customer inquiries and payments at our showrooms.

Duties and Responsibilities:
