Kane's Furniture in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the heart of our showroom teams. You will handle customer inquiries and payments, maintain accurate records, and support clerical tasks to ensure smooth showroom operations.

The role is full-time with potential weekend/evening shifts, offering benefits and a path for career growth within our community-focused stores.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have a steady job history and 1+ year experience in a similar role.
• Part time schedule may be required with weekend and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Prompt recognition of internal and external customers.
• Friendly and courteous when approached in person or on the telephone.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Follow up with customers in a timely fashion.
• Handle payments, financing and refunds within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records by utilizing all available technology.
• Execute clerical service functions to include scheduling, routing, finalizing and parts ordering.
• Update and maintain all customer service reports and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
