Job summary

TalentBridge is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in Olathe, KS. This 3-month contract position offers $18.50 per hour on W2, with Monday–Saturday shifts from 10am to 7pm and two rotating days off weekly.

The role involves assisting customers and partners by phone and email to ensure timely delivery and service excellence. You will address complaints calmly, diagnose and resolve issues, and monitor delivery routes while processing changes or cancellations to orders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment or customer service role.

SHIFT DETAILS: Monday- Saturday 10am - 7pm (Candidate will have 2 off days every week which are rotating.)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You'll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
