Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Olathe, KS. The role supports recognized brands, with a schedule from 1pm to 10pm, Mon-Fri. This is a contract-to-hire position offering a potential for direct hire and a starting pay of $19 per hour.

Hybrid eligibility may apply after tenure, with onsite work required. The candidate will manage service requests, verify customer needs, coordinate technician dispatches, and maintain records while delivering high-quality

EKsystems is proud to partner with a locally owned, community-focused organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their diverse and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports some of the nation's most recognized brands, including Lowes, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Schedule: Must be available to work an 8 hour shift with 2 days off: Mon-Fri, 1pm to 10pm.

What You Will Do

• Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone

What We Are Looking For

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
