You will assist customers with account-related inquiries, handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, and document interactions accurately in multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
