The position is onsite, 2-3 months, with compensation of $18-$20 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, ticketing/phone systems, and CRM platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to stay on task in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous manner.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating more complex issues when needed.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and ensure timely completion.
• Make outbound calls to promote products and meet assigned sales goals.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and flag recurring issues for leadership.
