Tri-County Pumps is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer inbound calls, determine purpose of calls, and provide resolutions or escalate to the appropriate department. You’ll also assist as an office administrator with daily tasks.
Daily responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching service calls, handling high call volumes, and maintaining a positive, organized, and fast-paced work environment. Training provided.

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers. This person is responsible for answering inbound calls, determining the purpose of the call, and providing the customer with a resolution or escalating to a specific department for resolution. This person will also work as an office administrator to help execute daily tasks.
