Job summary

Tri-County Pumps is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer inbound calls, determine purpose of calls, and provide resolutions or escalate to the appropriate department. You’ll also assist as an office administrator with daily tasks.

Daily responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching service calls, handling high call volumes, and maintaining a positive, organized, and fast-paced work environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably at a plumbing company or related industry.
• Experience with logistics and routing calls.
• Extremely organized and thorough.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good time management.
• Self-motivated and task oriented.
• Able to acquire new responsibilities and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service calls.
• Handle a high volume of calls while ensuring each customer is properly taken care of.
• Determine the nature of a call and provide a timely resolution.
• Escalate specific calls to the proper department.
• Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and responsibilities.
• You will receive training to prepare you to be successful in this role.
