What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.

Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and support tools.

Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related industries.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, help desk software, or ticketing systems.

Previous experience in a high-volume support environment.
