Armacell in Mebane, NC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to process orders, support sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. After a 10‑week onsite training, the role shifts to a hybrid model with two in‑office days weekly and a mandatory Wednesday on‑site presence.

The position requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Lotus Notes.

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the customer service team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective order processing, sales service, customer satisfaction and information feedback to external and internal customers.

The ideal candidate will be available to work an assigned shift, specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Following the successful completion of a 10-week onsite training program at our Mebane, NC facility, this position will transition to a hybrid customer service schedule. The hybrid model requires in-office presence two days per week, with Wednesdays as a mandatory onsite day.

The expected hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
