Position: Call Center Representative / Customer Service Representative
Mode: Remote / Work from Home
Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (5 days a week, 9 hours a day)
Willing to work during holidays and weekends is a must.
During training, agents will learn about the Hospitality Sector, handle different tools, understand property characteristics, use phonetics correctly, and follow guidelines to provide excellent customer experience. Agents will receive calls from clients across the United States, acting as direct representatives of the reservations department, assisting with modifications, cancellations, new bookings, hotel policies, property locations, and general questions using various tools.
