Position: Call Center Representative / Customer Service Representative

Mode: Remote / Work from Home

Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (5 days a week, 9 hours a day)

Willing to work during holidays and weekends is a must.

Information about the Campaign

During training, agents will learn about the Hospitality Sector, handle different tools, understand property characteristics, use phonetics correctly, and follow guidelines to provide excellent customer experience. Agents will receive calls from clients across the United States, acting as direct representatives of the reservations department, assisting with modifications, cancellations, new bookings, hotel policies, property locations, and general questions using various tools.

Basic Qualifications

Experience/Requirements:

  • Call center / BPO experience is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy
  • Flexibility for rotating schedules
  • Good typing skills
  • Multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and guidelines
  • Customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Understanding of hospitality (preferred)
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environment changes (process, schedule, policies)
  • Empathy and patience with customers
  • Timely and appropriate responses to customers
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
Educational Qualifications
  • Graduate or High School diploma in any discipline
