Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
• Strong active listening and ability to perform under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person, phone, and email customer service.
• Prepare estimates, process orders, and keep customers informed throughout projects.
• Answer questions about printing, signs, apparel, promotional products, and marketing services.
• Follow up on quotes and ongoing jobs.
• Review artwork and coordinate projects with the production team.
• Assist with packaging, quality control, and order pickup as needed.
• Keep the showroom organized and welcoming.
• Jump in wherever needed—teamwork comes first.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
